Issue:
- Symantec Backup exec software shows tape library in offline state
- Trying to login to Robotic tape library but not able to
Resolution:
- Hard shutdown or remove the power from tape library
- Wait for 2 minutes
- Plug the power and start the tape library
- Check to see issue is resolved
